Some who are planning on getting a pet wonder whether it is safe or not to adpot a pet.  When pet’s are adopted, especially from shelters, it’s sometimes hard to tell if they’re a decent pet or not unless you’ve spent a lot of time around them.  However, when thinking of a new pet, remember that there will always be someone for a dog that’s being sold by a dog breeder, but not always for a dog up for adoption. More often than not the dog is put down.
